Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@primeerra.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges aren't currently available — please return the item and place a new order for the size or color you need.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
